You know what one of the best thing is about skating on Disney on Ice?

Watching kid’s faces light up when they see one of the characters.
Hearing them gasp in delight at some of the pyro or when one of the skaters do a cool trick.
Seeing the kids stand up in their little princess/prince costumes and dancing during the finale.
Seeing whole families dress up as characters.
Walking through the crowds afterwards and hearing them talk about their favorite parts of the show.
This is why I do this. Not for money. Not for fame or attention. Not for my peers or even myself. I skate so that children can be a part of a dream.
