   Freshman Orientation Night.

   I’m going to be offensive and judgmental here so if you have a problem with that you should stop reading right now.

   The whole time I was there, I was really peeved. At the freshmen. There is something wrong with them! They all try too hard and they try to look older than they are. I saw a girl wearing false eyelashes and drawn-on eyebrows. I mean yeah, she looked pretty, I’m not gonna lie. But what the fuck seriously? She looked ready for a night out at the club, not for orientation at school. Just about everyone brought their bikes, which I don’t have a problem with, because bikes are a wonderful mode of transportation. But they were all “fixies”. What the shit, do they think that makes them cool or something? A couple of guys were riding them around in a circle and one guy rode backwards clearly for attention and adoring looks. PLEASE. My god, what tools. It was sickening. The girls dressed mostly the same and had that disgusting air of “Look at me, I own the place. I’m cute and I know it.” A majority of them tried way too hard to look cool. Hair curled/done/dyed, major cakeface, heavy winged eyeliner, outfits practically ripped from fashionoverhype. Josh was right when he said that everyone looks the same now. I couldn’t distinguish any of those hypebeasts from each other. The only thing that could redeem them is if they have brains. If they’re smart then I’ll have less of a problem with them, but seriously if they bring our school down I’m going to be pissed.

   THANK YOU. I noticed this the first day of volunteering. Not saying that all of the freshmen were like this, but ohmygoodness. We weren’t like that, were we? I hope not. They think they’re moving forward with the times, but I swear we’re regressing.

   This just irks me sooo much. They’re in for a major reality check. They don’t run the school, and they sure as hell are not bringing us all down.
